Returns Policy

Returns, Refund, Cancellation Policies

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days or more have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $8.49 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee of $8.49 which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. 

Please note that money back guarantee offers do not apply to any sale items or promotional items.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

 

Note: Eve Bella will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Eve Bella will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Important Note: We do not refund shipping cost, and we also do not cover shipping cost for return.

 

Sale/Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time. Thank you for your understanding.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Books with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please kindly check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted in your account.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee.

Please be aware that the product must be returned in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline refund on any item that comes back to us used.

 

Coupon Codes

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
